Table For One: Entry Two
“Some days call for flowers. Others call for fries. I chose both.”
There’s a quiet kind of power in doing exactly what you want, when you want. No waiting. No asking. Just deciding, “Yeah… today’s for me.” That’s what this outing was.
By now, the jitters of going out alone have melted away. Table For One isn’t a concept I’m trying to get used to anymore—it’s something I look forward to. It’s a promise I made to myself: to live fully, love gently, and listen closely to what I need.
And that day? I needed fries, a little flirt with fashion, and a moment to pause in the middle of a busy week. Just because.
I don’t need a reason to treat myself—but if I did, simply being me would be enough.
This series has never been about extravagance. It’s about intention. It’s about doing the little things—grabbing a cocktail at a cozy restaurant, taking yourself out just to feel cute, or buying something just because you like how it looks on you.
It’s not always a big production. Sometimes, it’s just a beautiful reminder:
I am allowed to take up space.
I am allowed to enjoy my life.
I am allowed to go alone—and still feel complete.
Welcome to Entry Two. Earl’s was the vibe, but being with myself was the moment. ✨
