A Luxe All-Black Night Out Look

There’s something about an all-black look at night—it just hits different.

I stepped out in this textured black-on-black outfit last week, and honestly, it might be one of my favourite looks this fall. The star of the show is definitely this leather coat with the plush faux-fur collar and cuffs. It instantly adds that soft drama I love without feeling overdone. Underneath, I kept it simple with a black mesh-like top and structured charcoal denim that balances everything out.

I finished the look with pointed heel boots, my patent YSL mini LouLou bag, and a slick bun—clean, sharp, and effortless.

I actually wore this fit to Sabrina Carpenter’s concert with Redken, and it was perfect for the night: warm, comfortable, and elevated enough for an event without feeling too “done.” I love outfits that can move from a brand event to dinner to drinks without needing a single adjustment.

As much as I love colour, there’s something timeless about monochromatic dressing—especially when you play with textures. Leather, denim, knit, patent… the mix keeps the outfit interesting while staying cohesive.
